The Museum of Anthropological Archaeology (UMMAA)
UMMAA is a research and collection museum within the College of Literature, Science and the Arts. Their Philippine collections include archaeological artifacts, ethnographic objects, zoological specimens, ethnobotanical specimens, glass plate negatives, and lantern slides, some of which have been digitized.

The Harlan Hatcher Graduate Library
The Hatcher Library collects a large variety of print materials in the social sciences, humanities, and international studies to support researchers in a wide range of disciplines. Their Southeast Asian collections, in particular, include materials related to the Philippines. The Special Collections Research Center and Clark Map Library, among other specialized libraries, are also housed within the Hatcher Graduate Library.

The Special Collections Research Center (SCRC)
The Special Collections Research Center maintains the extensive personal papers, photos, postcards, diaries, and governmental papers of Dean Conant Worcester (1866-1924), who was a member of the United States Philippine Commission and Secretary of the Interior for the Insular Government of the Philippine Islands. Other Philippine collections include the personal papers and photos of missionaries and soldiers, as well as the papers of the Anti-Imperialists League.

The Clark Map Library
The Clark Library holds atlases and maps of the Philippine Islands from the 16th century to present day. These materials are only accessible to on-site researchers.

The Bentley Historical Library collects manuscripts, books, photographs, and ephemera related to the University of Michigan and Michigan history more generally. Their collections document the involvement of U-M affiliates in the Philippine Islands, covering topics such as scientific expeditions to the Philippines, the Anti-Imperialist League, the Philippine-American War, and American colonial government and politics.
